Responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise data quality (DQ) standards, rules, and monitoring. Ensures accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical data while driving measurable improvements in Data Health across domains. 

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Translate business requirements into DQ rules, policies, and thresholds; develop reusable frameworks and playbooks.

    • Operate and monitor DQ controls in Informatica (CDQ); manage dashboards, alerts, and remediation priorities.

    • Perform data profiling, root-cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with source systems.

    • Define and track Data Health metrics, ensuring consistent measurement across domains.

    • Support and guide Data Stewards; standardize DQ practices and reduce fragmentation.

    • Migrate legacy DQ assets to IDMC and enforce standardized governance approaches.

  • Requirements:

Responsible for executing data governance and data management practices across domains, with a focus on data quality, cataloging, metadata, lineage, and access control. Supports domain teams to ensure standardized, scalable, and fit-for-purpose data stewardship. 

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive data improvement and harmonization initiatives across domains.

    • Define, monitor, and report Data Quality metrics, coordinate issue remediation.

    • Manage data catalog, metadata, and classifications (Informatica).

    • Establish and validate end-to-end data lineage.

    • Perform data cleansing, root-cause analysis, and issue management.

    • Enable and control data access in line with governance policies.

    • Support data product and use-case delivery (profiling, fit-for-purpose).
